After completing my 10-week session and becoming a FIT member, I became a coach. I had the opportunity to see how important the role of the coach was in establishing a solid foundation for new members. I wanted to help ensure the intimidation factor was removed and that each new member felt welcome and supported in the early stages of their journey.

Farrells is an all-inclusive, well balanced fitness program for all ages and fitness levels . Using HIIT training through Cardio Kickboxing we expand your cardio capacity, strengthen your heart, and burn calories. The Strength Training portion of the program builds long lean muscles focusing on endurance and quick strength keeping your body in proportion as we focus equally on your upper and lower body equally. This total body conditioning will successfully set you up to complete everyday life tasks with ease.
