I have been an instructor, so far only for strength days, since February 2023. Obviously, leg day is my favorite! It took some time, and maybe I love to hate it more than I love it, but that’s ok.
Outside of Farrells, I am happily married with 3 teenage boys who I love more than life, but they may also be the biggest reason I need to kickbox! I love playing Pickleball, spending time at the lake, and enjoying a beverage or 4 on a patio with friends.
