Chanell's mission is to foster an inclusive/supportive environment for all fitness levels to thrive. Chanell took over the business after her husband passed away in 2023 from a short battle of cancer. Her dream is to make Dale's dream a reality by living and breathing the core values they set together when they took over the studio. FXB is not just a 10-week challenge it is a lifestyle where people can live healthier and happier lives.

I started at FXB New Hope in the spring 10-week session of 2016. Numerous family members and friends have been in the program for years and I jumped in headfirst. I am very competitive and joked with one of my family members in my first ten weeks, “I’m not an instructor yet, but I will be!” Nearly a year after that initial start I did in fact train to become an instructor. I have not looked back.

My name is Jason Campbell - physical fitness has been an important part of my life ever since I was a teenager. I’m an avid mountain biker and golfer and have been a member and instructor of FXB since January 2016. I enjoy bringing my passion and energy for fitness and fun to the mat and push myself and others to go beyond their comfort zones to reach their goals. I look forward to doing the same for you – see you on the mat!

Rachel N Rachael has been a member at Farrell’s since 2016. In 2021, she began instructing strength classes and eventually kickboxing and never looked back. She loves pushing members to their potential and frequently incorporates dumbbells and extras into her workouts. Outside the gym, Rachael enjoys playing volleyball, scrapbooking, cooking healthy and delicious meals, and spending time with her family.

After seeing the results in myself and others at the end of my 10-week session, I began paying it forward as a coach and overall supporter of everyone on the mat. As a gym member and instructor, you matter to me and so does your experience at our gym. Wherever you are at in your fitness journey, I’m here for you and so is our gym community. As part of my Farrell’s journey, I started instructor training after about 7 months as a way to improve my workouts and keep myself engaged. Surprisingly, I loved it and started instructing strength training classes and soon after that kickboxing classes. It is such a great feeling to be helping others achieve their goals.

have been an instructor, so far only for strength days, since February 2023. Obviously, leg day is my favorite! It took some time, and maybe I love to hate it more than I love it, but that’s ok. Outside of Farrells, I am happily married with 3 teenage boys who I love more than life, but they may also be the biggest reason I need to kickbox! I love playing Pickleball, spending time at the lake, and enjoying a beverage or 4 on a patio with friends.
